micoPaintings
Micopainting is my original technique in which forest mushrooms are used directly as an artistic medium. As they dry, they leave unpredictable organic traces on paper or linen, creating structures that cannot be repeated.
I develop these traces with paint, allowing them to become part of figurative or more abstract compositions. For me, they carry associations with memory, time and the marks experience leaves behind.
