Most of these landscapes belong to earlier periods of my practice and were painted directly from observation, often during plein air sessions and travels.
They reflect my interest in light, atmosphere and the character of a place, rather than a single conceptual theme. Some works carry more personal or symbolic associations, but overall this section is closely connected to the experience of painting outdoors and responding directly to the environment.
